Articles of Association

Aim of the Fondazione is the development, the investigation and the divulgation of the Studies of Architecture and town-planning. In the ambit of this aim the Fondazione has the following ends:

  • arrangement of the scientific and administrative structures to organize researches and seminars of studies structuring the program;
  • establishment of contacts with dignitaries, public and private bodies and banks, to agree forms of collaboration and contributions;
  • promoting every kind of displays , like lectures, debates, round tables, meetings and conferences, also supporting similar displays organized by similar bodies and by Universities;
  • carrying out inquries and public opinion poll;
  • organizing surveys of every kind on the city and quarters, also of historic interest, instituting scholarships, to use in Italy or abroad, for students and graduates;
  • collecting books, paintings, drawings, projects, graphic works, photos and videos, regarding the study of architecture and town-planning, to offer to students for reference, through the creation of collections and the setting up of exhibitions and shows;
  • attending the publication of works on architcture and town-planning (also in ), of collections, of catalogues, of illustrative booklets;
  • keeping up relationships and cultural exchanges with Universities, Associations and Italian and foreign Foundations with similar aims;
  • promoting researches of architecture and town-planning, editing the pubblication of their results;
  • instituting training university courses in architecture and of specialization for graduates, concluding agreements and signing contracts with professors who will be invited as teachers;
  • making the public aware of problems connected to urban transformations and in particular the preservation of monuments and quarters with important historical, town-planning, architctural and cultural interest;
  • constituting commissions of historical and socio-economic studies on every architectural or town-planning problem;
  • carrying out every activity linked to the above mentioned aims.
